April 1, 1924, Phi Chi Theta established to promote excellence in business education and foster lifelong professional relationships.
Chapter Established
September 10, 1958, Alpha Tau chapter founded at the University of Arizona to serve students in the Eller College of Management. Re-established February 12, 2025.
Meeting Schedule
Mandatory chapter meetings are held weekly Wednesdays at the Eller College of Management from 6:00-7:00.
Dues & Fees
Chapter dues and fees are due every semester. It is $90/semester + a one-time $75 initiation fee. The Alpha Tau chapter of Phi Chi Theta does not fine members under any circumstance.

Who can rush Phi Chi Theta?
We welcome students from freshman to junior year who are pursuing business, economics, or related majors or minors with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0.
When does Recruitment happen?
Fall & Spring Semesters. Rush events occur during each semester with information sessions, networking events, and social gatherings to meet current members.
What is the Time commitment?
Active members commit approximately 2-3 hours per week for meetings and events. Pledges should expect 5-6 hours weekly during the pledge process to fully engage with the brotherhood.
